With just minutes remaining for the big kick off in Poland, we have a look at the top 10 players (one from each team) seeking to take the finals by storm over the next fortnight.

Tammy Abraham (England)
The Blues youngster enjoyed a breakthrough season on loan with Bristol City, making it into our Sky Bet Championship Team of the Season. He finished joint-second in the league scoring charts with 23 league goals, a figure made more impressive by the fact he was playing for a side that finished 17th in the league.
Abraham’s displays in front of goal could see him step up to the Premier League next year, with Newcastle United interested in a loan deal. His display in Poland could help him secure a switch, and will also be an opportunity to ensure Antonio Conte, who described him as ‘the future of Chelsea’, keeps him in his Chelsea plans.
